WORKING WITH PABLO IS FOR YOU IF...

  • From the outside, your life is working. You hold a position of influence. You carry responsibility well. You lead teams, raise a family, run a company. People look at you and see someone who has it figured out.

    ​

    Yet, you know the truth.

     

    There is a hum beneath all of it. A quiet disconnection you cannot quite name. You wake up, move through your routines, execute on your obligations. Yet,  somewhere in the middle of another full day, a thought surfaces.

    ​

    "Is this it?"

    ​

    Or perhaps, "Why does everything I have still feel like it is not enough?"

    ​

    You are not in crisis. You are in something harder to talk about. A slow, invisible drift away from yourself. You have been so effective at meeting what the world expects from you that you have lost access to your own inner compass.

    ​

    The frustration is not that life is bad. The frustration is that life is fine and fine has become unbearable.

  • It rarely arrives as a single event. It accumulates. A conversation that leaves you hollow. A success that was supposed to bring joy but brought nothing. A quiet Sunday morning where the gap between who you appear to be and who you feel yourself to be becomes too wide to ignore.

    ​

    Maybe the body has started speaking what your heart has been holding. Maybe someone close to you said, "I do not feel like I know you anymore."

    ​

    So you realised you do not know yourself either. The realisation is not that something is broken. The realisation is that what you have been building was never built on your true foundation.

    ​

    I have sat across from people in this exact moment. I know what it looks like and I know what is possible from here.

  • You are not a beginner at this. You have probably tried therapy, perhaps for years. You have read widely. You have attended leadership workshops, mindfulness retreats, and executive coaching programmes. Maybe breath-work. Maybe plant medicine. Maybe somatic practices.

     

    Or perhaps you have leaned into faith communities, only to find that the structures there also expected a performance from you.

     

    You have had genuine insights along the way. Real moments of clarity yet something still has not shifted.

     

    I understand that. Deeply.

  • Here is what I have seen after over thirty years of working with high performers. Most approaches either address the mind without touching the heart, or address behaviour without addressing identity.

     

    Therapy helped you understand your story but kept you circling it. Mindfulness calmed the surface but did not reach the deeper wound. Executive coaching optimised your output but never questioned what was driving it. Faith communities offered belonging but also handed you a new set of masks.

     

    What failed was not the method. What failed was that no one took you to the root. No one helped you see that the operating system itself, the identity you constructed to protect your wounds, expectations and survival strategies, was what needed to be examined.

     

    Not fixed but discovered and gently processed and released.

     

    You do not need another tool for your toolbox. You need someone to help you see that the toolbox itself was built to protect a self that no longer needs protecting.

  • I know what surfaces at 2am. I know because I have heard it spoken aloud in the safety of a coaching conversation hundreds of times.

     

    "I have done everything right and I still feel empty." Or “If people knew what I actually felt inside, they would not admire me." "I am tired of pretending that this is enough." "Something in me is dying and I do not know how to stop it.”…you know the score.

     

    At 2 am the mask is off. There is no audience and so what surfaces is not anxiety about tomorrow. Instead, it is a grief you cannot explain. A sense that somewhere along the way, you lost access to the most essential part of who you are.

     

    The terrifying thought is not that you will fail. The terrifying thought is that you have already succeeded at the wrong thing.

     

    You are not alone in this. I promise you that.

  • That you are fundamentally alone in this experience. That the disconnection you feel is a deficiency, not a wound that can be healed.

     

    You fear that if you stop performing, everything will collapse. The career. The relationships. The respect. You have confused your constructed identity with your actual self, and the thought of releasing it feels like dying.

     

    You fear you have waited too long. That the person you were meant to discover is no longer accessible.

     

    Beneath all of that, there is perhaps also a fear you may not name openly but you know it well. It whispers that you are not enough for God either. That the divine, if it is real, will also require your performance.

     

    I want to tell you something. That whisper is a lie. That is why part of our work together is learning to hear the voice of truth beneath it.

  • There is a version of you that already exists beneath the layers. Not a better version you need to build but an original version you can return to.

     

    Wholeness is not something earned. It is something uncovered. You can lead and love and create from fullness rather than from proving.

     

    The sacred is not somewhere else. It is already within you. Waiting.

     

    I have walked this path myself. I have sat with hundreds of people at this very threshold and I can tell you that the feeling of coming home to yourself is real. Is life changing.

     

    It is not a concept. It is an experience. And it is available to you.

  • The competent one. The strong one. The one who has it together. The one who does not need help.

     

    This identity was not chosen. It was forged. Often in childhood. Often through environments that rewarded achievement and punished vulnerability. It became the shell that kept you safe.

     

    Yet, now it is the shell that keeps you stuck.

     

    You are not protecting an ego. You are protecting a survival strategy that once saved your life. I have enormous respect for that.

     

    But, you are not looking for someone to tear down who you have become. You are looking for someone safe enough to help you remember who you were before you became it.

     

    I have spent over thirty years in this space. Fifteen of those alongside some of the world's top athletes on the WTA tour, where I learned that the inner game is always the real game. Everything I do now flows from one conviction which is that, 

     

    People who are well perform well in every area of their lives!
